“Do teeth move faster with fixed braces or Invisalign?”

The truth is: it depends on the case.

In general, fixed braces can move teeth slightly faster, especially in complex treatments where precise control is needed. They’re always working, 24/7, and don’t rely on you remembering to wear them.

But that doesn’t mean Invisalign is slower. In many cases, especially when we need to move teeth backwards (distalisation) or close mild gaps, Invisalign can be just as efficient, and even more comfortable.
